Meet Veronica Ciandre the Creatrix of iSOLA High Vibrational Jewelry

February 13, 2018 3 Comments

I was delighted to interview Veronica Ciandre of iSOLA. Veronica has inspired me with her high vibe presence, her beautiful jewellery and use of positive and uplifting perspectives since we met a few years ago.

Veronica Ciandre of iSOLA

You describe your jewellery high vibrational jewellery, what is it that makes it so?

What makes iSOLA high vibrational is a combination of the healing properties of the materials used, the numerical pattern it’s beaded in, the intent, the environment in which it is made and spends time before becoming available to the customer.

What got you started in making this beautiful line of jewellery?

In 2010 I was diagnosed with a then little known environmental illness called Electro Hyper Sensitivity (EHS)
Which is when someone has an unpleasant and often painful physical reaction, or experiences a series of delayed symptoms after exposure to high levels of Radiation or Electromagnetic fields. At that time it was recommended that I wear little to no metal against my skin, as it’s conductivity increased my experience of
the exposure. So initially my only intention was to replace the jewelry I wore at that time.

Please tell us what the Fibonacci sequence is about and why you have chosen to make it a big part of your line?

The Fibonacci sequence is a sacred sequence of numbers found throughout nature and the cosmos. Also called ‘God’s Language In Numbers” and the ‘Divine Code’, the mathematical sequence can be found almost everywhere including the movement of planets and waves, the petals of a rose, the pattern on a nautilus
shell, and your DNA. Exposure to the pattern has a healing and resonant effect on the DNA.

"According to Bio Geometry, the combination of the Fibonacci Sequence and Shungite  produces a very high level of  harmony and sacred space."

What is the benefit of meditating on the Fibonacci sequence?

When you meditate on the Fibonacci Sequence you are meditating on the pattern of creation, a pattern said to be a multi dimensional doorway. Mantra meditations or affirmations are known to work at the quantum level, and this is a pattern that helps you to access these other levels or dimensions.

Tell me about your belief and use of uplifting language, mantra and mindsets?  How would people benefit from this?

Science continues to prove in more ways than one that we are constantly creating our reality at the level of consciousness, and that the mind is in fact more powerful than matter. Over the years I have sought to understand, experience, and improve my ability to create at the level of mind, so I pay close attention to the words I choose and how I describe the realities I find myself in... Sometimes I am asked to do the same for others. Shifting our words and mindset instantly shifts our personal vibration, and our personal vibration is the magnet that draws our life experiences to us. We have all felt the difference it makes to change our mind
about anything... how empowering to know that this small choice can also change our lives.

How has your life shifted as you shifted your belief and mind set system?

My life has shifted at times for the better, and at times for the worse, as mindset works both ways, and is an ongoing practice, but as I continue to improve my ‘right use of mind’ skills it becomes more and more of a steady movement forward.

We are super excited to have your Movable Altars in the Zen Nomad shop. Tell us about the Movable Altar and what inspired you to create this?

During the 27 years I spent doing hair for film and television, I travelled often. They were usually long term stays, where I kind of set up home for a month or two, so I got used to traveling not so light, and bringing things that made me feel home wherever I was. Fabric to cover pieces of furniture and lampshades was a habit, basic food items that as a vegetarian 25 years ago were harder to find in various places, more than one current book that I was reading, a journal, and everything I might want on an altar; candles, incense, feathers I would find on location, smudge stick my favourite crystals and one or more sets of tarot cards. The idea for the moveable altar as an iSOLA product came in Jan 2017 when I wanted to move some sacred items from my bedroom to my studio for the sake of impromptu meditations. Two months later I wanted to take these same items with me to Costa Rica, and I’ve been boxing them up ever since.

You are currently on a journey, do you have your Movable Altar with you and would you send us a picture of how you like to set it up?

A year later I’m here again in Costa Rica with the same little box and I’m pretty clear that wherever I go, my Moveable Altar will go with me. I will send you a picture.

Do you have a couple of uplifting mantra suggestions for people to get started with?

Although I most often write my own affirmations, one of my long time go to affirmations is from Louise Hay. You can use each line separately or all together.

“All is well. Everything is unfolding for my highest good. Out of this experience only good will come. I am safe.” Louise L. Hay

What is your process for preparing and making your high vibrational jewellery?

There is no outer or visible process before making the jewelry. My desire to make or create takes or keeps me in my studio, which is an often candle lit space continually bathed in Mantras or frequencies and smells that create a vortex of connection to the divine almost 24/7 Everything I do in that space feels like a prayer.. Everything I do in that space feels like my practice.

What is your personal spiritual practice like?

My personal spiritual practice consists of daily meditation, with and or without mantras, the 5 Tibetan Rights, reading, journaling, and card pulling. So much of my work time is spent in solitude, that it often feels like I spend half the day in a silent and meditative state.

Many people are waiting for you to write a book, what would it be about?

LOL... The book is coming. Subject will be related to the importance of choosing your medicine.

HOW TO CREATE YOUR PERSONAL YOGA PRACTICE AT HOME

March 10, 2020

zen nomad childs pose

We are posting a blog post from Sarah over at Hum.life because it's a beautiful post on creating a home practice.

Yoga classes are excellent places to learn the poses and sequences, to find the correct alignment for your body, and to find inspiration. But as renowned teacher Rodney Yee says*, “Without making it your own, yoga doesn’t mean anything. It’s just an exercise class.”
